The 14U years are the most important in a player's development. This is where habits are formed, confidence is built, and the love for the game is cemented. My approach combines high-quality fundamental instruction with a positive, encouraging environment. I want every player who leaves my program to be fundamentally sound, mentally tough, and excited about their future in softball.
