I've been doing this for nearly two decades, and the formula hasn't changed: talent gets you in the door, character keeps you on the roster. We compete at the highest level of travel softball, which means we demand excellence in attitude, effort, and academics. My goal is to help every player on this team find the right college fit — athletically and academically.
